The Mediterranean’s Best Kept Secret
 The history of the Grater Plate dates way back down the years, they have been used in kitchens along the Mediterranean coast since Roman times.

All our plates are hand made and hand painted in Andalusia, Southern Spain. They are triple glazed and dishwasher friendly. The glazing ensures that they don’t retain any scent or flavour of previous ingredients, as long as you wash them between each use.

The plates are well known for grating garlic but can be equally well used for grating cheese, chilli, turmeric, horseradish, nutmeg, ginger, chocolate, nuts, bread crumbs and can even zesting fruits.
